Jerald B. Megilligan, CPA/PFS, CVA, CBA

Jerry earned his Bachelors degree in accounting from Colorado State University, and his Masters in financial planning and estate planning at the College for Financial Planning. He earned his CPA designation in 1974, was accredited as a Personal Financial Specialist in 1993, earned his Certified Valuation Analyst designation in 1995, was accredited as a Certified Business Appraiser in 2001, is an accredited member of American Society of Appraisers, and is accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA. Jerry joined Sample & Bailey as a shareholder in 1991. He works in the areas of taxation, estates and trusts, and business valuation. Jerry is currently the Administrative Partner.
