Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and received her Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. She received her CPA designation in 1997 and spent 13 years with Ernst & Young. Jackie joined Sample & Bailey in 2006 and became a shareholder in 2009. She specializes in all areas of individual, partnership, and corporate taxation. She holds the AICPA Accredited in Business Valuation Credential, and Jackie provides tax compliance and consulting services to a wide array of clients, though she focuses mainly in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Her areas of expertise include C Corporation and consolidated return compliance, business valuation, inventory costing, uniform capitalization, domestic production deduction analysis, and research and development credit. Jackie spent seven years as an inventory specialist consulting with manufacturing and distribution companies throughout the country with the objective of optimizing inventory costing for tax purposes.
