Roger is a founding member of Sample & Bailey and serves as our President. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Colorado State University and earned his CPA designation in 1976. Roger focuses on tax planning for business and individual clients. He is well-versed in many industries, but he’s best known for his specialization in the medical community. Roger is sought out by medical practices all along the Front Range, and we still serve his very first medical practice client today.
