Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and his Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Brigham Young University. He earned his CPA designation in 1981. In 1982, Steve joined Sample & Bailey, and he became a shareholder in 1995. Steve specializes in all areas of individual, partnership, and corporate for profit and not-for-profit taxation.  He has worked extensively in retirement and pension planning and is the firm’s retirement plan pro.
